Per troppo tempo”, spiega l'architetto Antonio Cerbone – consigliere dell'Ordine degli Architetti di Napoli “abbiamo avuto le mani legate dal commissariamento, che ha limitato il nostro operato esclusivamente alle dinamiche ordinarie. In occasioni come quella di stamattina, dove professionisti si incontrano e discutono di problematiche inerenti il settore edilizio nelle sue molteplici sfaccettature, la presenza dell'Ordine degli Architetti è necessaria per confermare l'importanza che la nostra professione ha sempre avuto sul territorio”

Un messaggio chiaro quello che Cerbone ha lanciato durante il convegno organizzato dall' associazione Naca nell'ambito del progetto “Riqualifichiamo Insieme” tenutosi la mattina del 19 ottobre a Gragnano.. Temi del convegno sono stati la riqualificazione urbana dei centri storici, Sisma Bonus, Ecobonus, Ras e Finanziamenti Condominiali.

Il consigliere spiega anche come il primo passo da affrontare per poter raggiungere un regime di sicurezza nel territorio dal punto di vista edilizio, consiste nel creare incentivi che invoglino i condomini, i proprietari e chiunque gestisca immobili costruiti al di fuori delle norme antisismiche, a effettuare le indagini sugli stabili che rappresentano, troppo spesso, i primi deterrenti ad una progettualità concreta. Inoltre Cerbone sottolinea come la maggior parte delle zone a rischi rientrino nei centri storici, spesso vincolati dalla sovrintendenza ai beni culturali; l'ordine degli architetti ha il dovere di intervenire in merito e non lasciare spazio allo sciacallaggio edilizio.

As a CNA, you will be expected to watch your patients closely for changes in mood, behavior, dietary habits, or anything else that may affect their health. You will need to keep track of your observations so that the head doctor or nurse is aware of their progress; if you do observe any changes, you will report them to your supervisor.

    Set up medical equipment and help with some medical procedures

Though you are limited in your capacity to do medical procedures, you will be able to do simple things, such as emptying catheter bags, monitoring vital signs, or laying out the necessary medical equipment for a medical procedure. Depending on the state where you are working, you may also be licensed to draw blood.

Being a CNA is a lot of work, but it can also be very rewarding. If you are interested in becoming a nurse, starting out as a CNA can give you a better understanding of what the profession is like before you fully commit yourself, especially since you don’t need any prior experience in healthcare in order to become a CNA. Certifying as a CNA is also a good choice if you want to work with and help people in a medical setting, but you don’t necessarily want all of the duties and responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN).

ROVOLETTO (GIZIP) DAL SINDACO DANIELETTO (VIGONOVO): POSIZIONI UNIVOCHE: VA COMPLETATA

 

In vista dell’imminente incontro Sindaco-Ministero il Gruppo Imprenditori della Zona Industriale di Padova si unisce ai Comuni che chiedono il completamento dell’opera

 

Il presidente del Gruppo Imprenditori della Zona Industriale di Padova (Gizip) Roberto Rovoletto si è incontrato ieri con il sindaco di Vigonovo Andrea Danieletto in vista dell’incontro che il Sindaco terrà la prossima settimana presso il Ministero dei Lavori Pubblici allo scopo di perorare il completamento dell’Idrovia Padova-Venezia.

Univoca in tutti i punti trattati la posizione espressa dai due rappresentanti istituzionali, che si sono trovati d’accordo su tutti i motivi che spingono al completamento dell’opera: la salvaguardia idraulica, l’aspetto trasportistico, la creazione del corridoio ecologico lungo l’infrastruttura. Analoga la coincidenza di posizioni relativamente alla strada “camionabile” lungo l’Idrovia, rigettata da entrambi ma senza alcun pericolo di ritrovarsi isolati.

Il Sindaco ha ricordato che il completamento dell’opera è ormai sempre più richiesto, e non più soltanto da associazioni quali il Comitato Brenta Sicuro, il cui rappresentante Marino Zamboni lo accompagnerà a Roma. A richiedere l’infrastruttura vi sono anche la Conferenza dei Comuni della Riviera del Brenta, e i Comuni stessi, giunti ormai a trenta.

Il Presidente Rovoletto ha quindi espresso al Sindaco Danieletto il suo appoggio, e gli ha richiesto di portare al Ministro anche le istanze degli imprenditori della Zona Industriale di Padova, i cui sempre più frequenti allagamenti potrebbero essere scongiurati qualora l’Idrovia scolmasse efficacemente le acque cadenti sulla Zip.

Dopo il ritorno da Roma il Sindaco Danieletto e il Presidente Rovoletto si reincontreranno. La data dell’incontro è già stata fissata.

Johnson Controls promuove la sostenibilità ambientale con nuove piattaforme chiller a basso GWP per rispondere ai clienti europei

 

Milano, 19 ottobre 2018 - Johnson Controls presenta il chiller YORKÒ YLAA con compressore scroll e refrigerante R-454B a basso potenziale di riscaldamento globale (GWP) con capacità di raffreddamento da 190 a 530 kW, un prodotto future-proof grazie al miglior refrigerante attualmente disponibile in termini di costi e impatto ambientale.
